Role-

We are seeking a passionate, innovative, and technically strong Agentic AI Engineer to join our Special Projects & R&D team, driving next-generation solutions for the banking and financial services sector. This is an exciting, entry-level opportunity ideally suited to recent graduates in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields who are eager to work on real-world challenges at the intersection of Artificial Intelligence and Financial Services.

Key Responsibilities

• Build, test, and refine agentic AI systems, including multi-agent workflows, AI agents, and autonomous process automation tools.

• Implement prototypes using modern AI frameworks (e.g., LangChain, OpenAI, HuggingFace Transformers).

• Stay abreast of the latest advances in agentic and autonomous AI, LLMs, and AI orchestration in financial services.

• Contribute to internal research on novel applications of agentic AI in banking (e.g., compliance, fraud detection, customer service automation, regulatory reporting).

• Work closely with AI researchers, software engineers, and domain experts to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

• Participate in brainstorming, design sessions, and code reviews.

• Design and execute experiments to benchmark agentic AI solutions against current state-of-the-art.

• Analyze outcomes and iterate rapidly to improve models and system performance.

• Prepare technical documentation, research reports, and demo presentations for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Required qualifications-

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, or related field (recent graduates encouraged to apply).

• Familiarity with Python and at least one modern AI/ML library (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow, scikit-learn).

• Basic understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), multi-agent systems, or reinforcement learning.

• Experience with cloud-based environments and modern development tools (e.g., Git, Docker) is a plus.

• Interest in financial services, banking technology, or fintech innovation.

• Eagerness to learn, curiosity about AI and financial services, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

• Strong analytical, communication, and teamwork skills.

Preferred Skill

• Experience with LangChain, OpenAI API, or similar frameworks for agentic/multi-agent AI.

• Exposure to banking APIs, regulatory technology, or financial data analytics.

• Previous internships, academic projects, or research in AI, autonomous systems, or finance-related technology.
