What would you do as a Administrative Medical Assistant (Client Services)As a Full-Time Administrative Medical Assistant/Client Services Representative at Genview DX, your daily responsibilities will revolve around providing exceptional support to our clients via phone or email for training, compliance, ordering and account reviews. Your experience as a medical assistant will allow you to pick up quickly on terminology and understand the requirements of not only this role, but in support of our remote laboratory collectors.
Communication is key; you'll coordinate with multiple departments, that requires a dynamic professional. Additionally, you will ensure that the office environment is organized and compliant with all regulations.
Expect to handle administrative tasks such as processing forms, updating databases, and managing the flow of patient information. Team collaboration is essential, as you will work closely with colleagues to enhance overall efficiency and patient satisfaction. Your role will be vital to ensuring that every client receives the highest level of care and attention.
