RemX Staffing is currently hiring an Accounts Receivable Representative.

Pay Rate-$22-$24/hour

Schedule- Monday-Friday 8am-5pm

Temporary position with potential to go permanent. 

Job Duties:

Responsibilities

• Reporting : Create financial reports and provide financial information to other staff members 

• Customer service : Handle customer inquiries and provide information about billing issues 

• Record keeping : Maintain accurate records of payments, invoices, and other financial transactions 

• Invoicing : Prepare invoices for customers based on accounting procedures 
• Collecting payments : Record payments made by customers and make bank deposits 
• Tracking payments : Monitor payments, receipts, and bills, and follow up with customers on overdue payments 
• Resolving discrepancies : Investigate discrepancies in invoices and resolve billing issues 

Skills required

High School Diploma

Minimum of 2-3 years of high volume accounting 

• Problem-solving : Identify and resolve discrepancies in invoices and payments 

• Communication : Communicate with customers and other staff members about billing issues and payment status 

• Organization : Organize and update records, and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines 

• Accounting knowledge : Understand accounting principles and how to use accounting software 

• Attention to detail : Ensure that accounting records are accurate
